Selected Works

Production systems I've designed, built and run. Each case study opens with a summary and goes as deep as you want: architecture, decisions, and the bugs that mattered.

// Case Studies
// Code You Can Read

Most client code is private. These repositories are public.

TouchPDF

Twelve PDF tools that run entirely in the browser, so files never leave the device.

SkyGuard

Tells sensor faults from real weather in a network of weather stations, estimates the true value and never overwrites the original.

Built in three days to learn a domain I'd never worked in.

Vaolt

Shared household finances: budgets, receipts, and settlements that minimise the number of transfers.

UPI PayLink

Turns any UPI QR code into a shareable pay link with a fixed or capped amount, opening the right app on Android and iOS.

Project Rocky

A character chat app on an LLM API, installable, with an offline screen.

// Also Shipped
  • ZIVO

    Billing for Indian retail shops: UPI, cash, card and credit-book (khata).

  • Beauty Bar POS

    Inventory and sales for a cosmetics shop, with LLM product recommendations and a local fallback when no model is available.

  • Lead-intelligence engine

    A prospecting pipeline where every stored fact carries its source: Postgres with a 38-model Prisma schema, BullMQ workers, 104 tests. Private.

  • Rajnish Infratech

    Website and lead CRM for a Class-I government infrastructure contractor.

  • Shreeji Health Plus

    Marketing site for a US medical revenue-cycle company.

  • NumNum Stays

    Site for seven short-stay apartments in South Delhi.

  • riddhi.space

    Portfolio for a content creator and photographer.

Shaad

aka Zoriko

Delhi, India

I build the software businesses actually run on, and I keep it running in production: ERPs, CRMs, payroll, point-of-sale and booking systems.

It started in 2018 with point-of-sale systems for small shops in Delhi. After the pandemic I moved into full SaaS products, and now most of my time goes into operations software: a multi-tenant ERP I sell to travel agencies, nine applications I build and run for a travel group, a recruitment consultancy's CRM and inbox, and the app a Delhi salon runs its day on.

I work across the whole product. I talk to the people who will use it, design the screens, write the API and the data model, set up the servers, and answer when something breaks. I measure before and after I optimise, and I test hardest where money or access is decided. New domains don't slow me down: SkyGuard went from weather-station data I'd never touched to a working demo in three days.

// The Path

I didn't go to college.
I went to production.

No CS degree. No bootcamp certificate. I learned the only way that actually counts — by building software real people pay for, depend on, and come back to. While the syllabus taught theory, I was shipping products, owning the 2 a.m. bugs, talking to users, and running the business behind the code.

My credentials are in production.
